20th century American Printmaker, Peace Person, 1970, woodcut on thin paper, signed, dated, titled and annotated Artist's Proof, image size 21.75 x 11.5 inches, framed 29 x 17 inches. Signature appears to say Raymond Finehamer, or something similar. A mix of German Expression and Leonard Baskin.
