Evergood, after Philip (American, 1901-1973), The Mine Workers, printed in the late 1950s after the original drawing from 1947, offset lithograph on Strathmore laid paper, signed in blue ink to lower right margin, single sheet from the Twenty American Artists portfolio which was limited to only 50 copies, full sheet 13.5 x 10 inches, unframed, printed by The Lenmore Press, NYC, for the Walden School. Due to the small edition, prints from the Twenty American Artists portfolio rarely show up on the market. A captivating labor image.
