Renoir, Pierre-Auguste (French, 1841-1919), Le Chapeau Epingle, 1894, drypoint etching on laid paper, signed in the plate lower left corner, impression 4.75 x 3.5 inches, full sheet 9.75 x 8 inches, matted and framed 14.5 x 12 inches. The models are Julie Manet, the daughter of Berthe Morisot and niece of Eduard Manet, and her cousin, Paulette Gobillard.
A good, clean impression, with two faint brown spots to the margins; edges of the sheet have been mounted to the mat board.
