Wagner, Richard (1813-1883), 13 line Typed Letter Signed by German composer Richard Wagner, dated April 6, 1876, Bayreuth, original mailing folds, appears to be a general letter that he sent to members of the orchestra a few months before the festival was to take place, paper 10.5 x 8.75, matted and framed 17 x 14.75 inches, despite hosting the premiere of The Ring Cycle, the festival was a commercial failure.
