Cronauer, Robert (American/Western PA, 1916-1995), And Shadows Fall, oil on panel, 28 x 35.75 inches, signed Cronauer lower left, framed in the artist's made rustic float style frame. Cronauer graduated Indiana University of Pennsylvania in 1937, earned his master's degree from Columbia University in New York City and completed his doctoral studies in fine arts and arts education at Penn State University. An interesting cubist Western Pa. landscape in winter.
