Longo, Robert and Jo Bonney, Poster for Aluminum Nights, The Kitchen's Birthday Party and Benefit, Ten Years of New Video, Dance and Music, 1981, offset printed on paper, signed by designer Robert Longo in black marker above his name at the bottom, 27.75 x 20 inches, unframed but hinged to foamcore board at corners on reverse. This poster was produced to promote the famous Aluminum Nights event, a two day party to celebrate the 10th anniversary of the famous NYC performance space The Kitchen. The event featured a long list of notable performers including David Byrne, Fab 5 Freddy, John Giorno, Philip Glass, Laurie Anderson, Steve Reich, DEVO, Dan Ackroyd, Terry Southern, Brian Eno, Nam June Paik and many others.
