Silver framed shell carved cameo. Intricately carved shell cameo features an elegant 1920's era women drinking tea. The women is wearing a sleeveless diaphanous gown with bow tie at the shoulder, a feather and flower decorated hat over her period bob haircut. Her right arm is lifted to sip from her cup. Cameo measures 1 6/8" in length, 1 3/8" wide. Set in a raised silver bezel framed in a delicate octagonal frame with delicate silver filigree. The cameo pin measures 2" in length, 1 5/8" wide, 5/16" deep. Finished piece has an attached necklace loop and pin back. Unmarked. Approx. 14.1 grams.
