Western Pennsylvania School, Study for Hillside [Distant Hills], c.1900, oil on board, apparently unsigned, but possibly an old scratched out signature in the lower left corner, 10 x 14 inches, framed 14 x 17.5 inches. Provenance: likely from Harry Eichleay Art Co., Pittsburgh. Style is somewhat reminiscent of A. Bryan Wall. Provenance: The personal collection of Edward J. Grzybowski. Ed was co-owner of Tri-State Antiques in Canonsburg. He was well known and respected in the field for his vast knowledge of antiques and decorative arts, particularly 20th century design.

Condition
