Canvas 30 x 22 inches, in a 33.5 x 25.75 inch frame. Elkind was a self-taught Pittsburgh poet and artist. She had a number of poems and books of poetry published and founded the Squirrel Hill Poetry Workshop in 1977. In good condition, apart from some accretions and abrasions.
