Ern Malley turned out to be one of the great literary hoaxes: he was made up by two Australian poets, James McAuley and Harold Stewart, who were intent on proving that modern poetry was a sham. Good in a Good dust jacket: light bumping to the corners of the boards, spine and spine ends; otherwise a tight, clean copy.
