Tiffany & co. platinum, moonstone, sapphire pin. A navette-shaped design centers around a round natural sapphire measuring 10mm x 10mm, framed by four cabochon moonstones and accented by 34 round sapphires in graduating size. Intricate woven filigree adorns the open space between the moonstones. Finished with a yellow gold pin and lever safety catch. Measures 1 7/8" wide, 1 3/8" long. Signed "Tiffany & Co. Circa 1920.
