Shinki, Venancio (Peruvian, 1932-2016), Untitled Abstract, oil on canvas, 20 x 24 inches, signed on canvas reverse and lower right corner, Venancio Shinki was born in the San Nicolás estate, Supe district, Chancay province, Lima. Son of Mr. Kitsuke Shinki, a Japanese immigrant from Hiroshima, and Mrs. Filomena Huaman, native of Ancash. Between 1938 and 1947 he attended the Japanese School and then the fiscal school of the Hacienda, completing his studies in Lima, where he moved after the early death of his parents. He graduated from the Guadalupe School in 1953 and the following year, he entered the National School of Fine Arts . From his early arrival in Lima, he attended Shigetsugu Umezaki's photography workshop as an apprentice. framed measuring 21.5 x 25.5 inches

Condition
