The plates are tipped-in to stubs, as issued, and printed on laid paper, most with large watermark showing ornamental shield with tailed figure (lion?) in center. All of these contributors were contemporaries with Piranesi, and some even collaborated with him for other editions. In good condition, richly inked and well preserved, only a few plates with small tears or stains to the margins.
