14K yellow gold diamond and ruby eternity band. The center of the band features 2.20 carats of round cut, prong set diamonds. The edges of the band taper and are set with 1.65 carats of round cut, prong set rubies. The band measures 7.3 mm in width. Size 7 1/2. Marked "750". Approx. 7.8 grams.
