18K white gold diamond and sapphire band. The center of the band is decorated with a cutwork "Greek Key" design set with custom cut synthetic blue sapphires. The edges of the band are set with 2.90 carats of round cut diamonds. The band measures 12.90 mm in width. Size 7 3/4. Marked "18K BA". Approx. 7.7 dwts.
