18K white gold vintage cutwork ring. The ring is decorated with intricate geometric and floral cutwork detailed in milgrain design. The ring features an oval faceted 2.9 carat madeira topaz stone. Measures 13mm in width. Size 6 1/2. Marked "M 18K". Approx. 3.0 grams. Note: stress cracks at the center of the ring mounting on either side.
