19th Century American School, Basket of Strawberries, oil on canvas, 14 x 18 inches, unframed, Provenance: The personal collection of Gary S. Grimes, Pittsburgh. Gary was an expert on Western Pennsylvania art, and especially the Scalp Level and Hudson River painters.
