Johns, possibly attributed to Clarence M. (American/Western PA, 1843-1925), Horse in a Field, oil on board, 15 x 20.5 inches, framed measuring 18 x 23.5 inches, Provenance: The personal collection of Gary S. Grimes, Pittsburgh. Gary was an expert on Western Pennsylvania art, and especially the Scalp Level and Hudson River painters.
