Japanese kaidan (step) tansu chest, mid to late 20th century. In 2 sections. 13 drawers, 2 sliding drawers open to reveal storage, one door. Some drawers and doors with locking mechanisms. Key is present. Manufactured in Korea. Top portion 27.5 x 26.75 x 14 inches, lower portion is 29 x 53.25 x 14 inches. Height is 56.5 inches total.
