Dewey specialized in calendar illustrations and landscapes. Provenance: Personal collection of Edward J. Grzybowski, co-owner of Tri-State Antiques in Canonsburg, PA. Ed was well known and respected in the field for his vast knowledge of antiques and decorative arts, particularly 20th century design. Relined, otherwise in good condition with a layer of surface grime, some spots of crazing, and stress marks along the perimeter from the stretcher bars.
