Queen Anne style secretary bookcase with straight pediment over two string inlaid doors which open to reveal three shelves. Banded inlay drop front opens to a desk with tooled leather inset pad, scrolling and foliate motif, several interior compartments. Three drawers below, banded inlay at drawer faces. Resting on cabriole legs. Apparently unmarked/unlabeled. Doors and drawers lock. Includes two keys. 77 x 29.5 x 18.5 inches.
Cracking and old repair on back leg, shrinkage cracking along sides of bookcase, cracking at lower and upper portions of drop front. Some repair to banded inlay, several missing pieces to inlay. Brass escutcheon missing. Merchandise will be packed and transported by the purchaser at their own risk and expense.
