Sanders, Benita (Canadian/Pacific NW, contemporary), Hesquiat Bay, undated, late 1960s, intaglio etching on wove paper, signed, dated, titled and numbered 18/20 in pencil along the bottom, image 19.75 x 23.75 inches, full sheet 21.5 x 28 inches, unframed. Sanders has lived on Haida Gwaii (formerly called the Queen Charlotte Islands) since the 1960s. Her print work is included in the permanent collections of the National Gallery of Canada, the Metropolitan Museum of Art and the Museum of Modern Art, New York.
In good condition, minor creasing to corners of the sheet.
