Baumgartner, Adolf (Austria, Bulgaria, Russian Federation, 1850 - 1924)(AKA Adolf Konstantin Baumgartner-Stoiloff, C Stoiloff, Constantin Stoiloff, Konstantin Stoilov-Baumgartner), Der Gouverneur auf Reisen, (The Governor Travels), oil on canvas, 32 x 50.5 inches, signed C. Stoiloff lower right, framed in a very elaborate 19th Century Exhibition frame with high relief scrolling of flowers, vines and garlands, measuring 51 x 70 inches, a very elaborate treatment of horses soldiers and carts travelling through a snowy landscape.
In overall fair condition, with some skinning of the surface, alligatoring, and abrasions with a few larger areas having small punctures.
