Shaner, David (American, 1934-2002), Ceramic glazed pot with handles and lid, artist's name incised on base and "Archie Bray Foundation" stamped on base (Shaner was director of the foundation in the 1960's), 4.75 inch diameter, height 6 inches. Provenance: A lifelong collector of contemporary ceramics living in West Virginia.
