Showing an officer in a Napoleon style bicorne hat atop a white horse addressing a group of soldiers. Canvas verso stamped Susse Freres, Paris, and remnants of an old Goupil's New York label still present.

In fair condition, with a layer of surface soil, two areas of old paint loss and patching in the sky, stable crazing throughout, two pinholes in upper left quadrant.
