2 Frankart Inc. Art Deco figural pieces, American, New York, 1920s/1930s. Standing nude in pearlescent green finish holding a wreath which supports a green glass fluted vase. Seated figure in silver finish with a black glass ashtray fitted in the vase. Vase 12.5 x 7 inches, ashtray appr. 9 x 8 x 5 inches. Provenance: Personal collection of Edward J. Grzybowski, co-owner of Tri-State Antiques in Canonsburg, PA. Ed was well known and respected in the field for his vast knowledge of antiques and decorative arts, particularly 20th century design.
