Shotwell, Frederic Valpey (American, 1907-1929), Downtown Detroit, 1920s, etching, pencil signed and titled, from a small edition, 10 7/8 x 13 7/8 inches, framed measuring 21 x 24 inches. Provenance: The personal collection of Gary S. Grimes, Pittsburgh. Gary was an expert on Western Pennsylvania art, and especially the Scalp Level painters.
