Catlin, George, North American Indians: Being Letters and Notes on the Their Manners, Customs and Conditions, written during Eight Years' Travel Amongst the Wildest Tribes of Indians in North America, 1832-1839, complete set in 2 volumes, 1926, later edition, John Grant, Edinburgh, hardcover, 8vos., original dark red cloth with gilt titles and decoration, complete with 320 color plates after Catlin's original paintings.
In good condition, corners bumped, mild fraying and short tears to the spine ends, small white mark to rear board of the first volume; contents are clean and unmarked; former owner's bookplate affixed to both front pastedowns.
