Fisher, Harrison (American, 1877-1934), Girlie with Feathered Hat, done for the cover of the March 1912 issue of Cosmopolitan Magazine, watercolor and graphite on paper, signed lower left and inscribed 'To my friend Irving Berlin' center left, image size 16.5 x 8.5 inches, matted and framed 30 x 24 inches. Also comes with a period color print and postcard showing the same image. Provenance: Personal collection of Edward J. Grzybowski, co-owner of Tri-State Antiques in Canonsburg, PA. Ed was well known and respected in the field for his vast knowledge of antiques and decorative arts, particularly 20th century design.

Condition
