2 piece modern set comprised of an oak credenza and end table. Both pieces custom designed by Herb Seigle, American, Pittsburgh PA, mid to late 20th century. Credenza with 6 drawers and one open storage space at lower right, brown leather wrapped wooden pulls on each drawer, all over a platform base. End table with one drawer, one open storage space, brown leather wrapped wooden pull, all over a platform base. Apparently unlabeled and unmarked. Credenza 21 x 59.5 x 18 inches, end table 21 x 16 x 18 inches. Herb Seigle was a celebrated architect and designer, having designed many important commercial and residential homes in Western Pennsylvania, Manhattan, Nantucket, and Aventura FL. He was well known in Pittsburgh communities for his impeccable taste. Provenance: The estate of Dr. Marshall S. and Lois G. Levy, Pittsburgh.


Top surface with some color variations, staining, scratches, and some finish loss. Leather pulls with some staining. Accretions at front.
