Lane, Julian Laverne (American/Nevada 1899-1964), Farm Houses by Lake, 1931, oil on canvas on board, 16 x 20 inches, signed and dated lower right, framed with a custom tinted wood frame measuring 23 x 27 inches. Provenance: The personal collection of Gary S. Grimes, Pittsburgh. Gary was an expert on Western Pennsylvania art, and especially the Scalp Level painters.
