Large lot of Gehenna Press and Leonard Baskin Ephemera, including broadsides, prospectuses, announcements, specimen pages, proof sheets and other curiosities, highlights include Ben Franklin broadside limited to 1500 copies, full page print of a Raven, large fold out prospectus for the Gehenna Shakespeare with specimen page and engraving, Herman Melville's A Thought on Book-Binding folded broadside, A Voyage to the Moon broadside by Archibald MacLeish limited to 850 copies, unbound proof sheets for the press' John Woolman book and Bibliography of Mosher Press, prospectuses with color illustrations, and many more items. Provenance: deaccessioned from a regional institution that was a longtime subscriber to the press, but with no stamps, stickers or markings; will include a letter of deaccession from the institution.
