Dewasne, Jean, Lot of 6 books: Antisculptures Cerveaux Males, 1975 / 2 books that appear to be prospectuses for his large installation work, 1973-1974, from the collection of Leon Arkus, who was the director of the Carnegie Museum of Art, Pittsburgh, from 1969-1980, so presumably these could be things that Dewasne sent to Arkus to pitch him on holding an exhibition at the museum / 2 exhibition catalogs from Galerie Mark, 1974 and 1975 / small Lefebre catalog, 1972. All softcovers, the first 3 are spiral-bound and 11 x 8.5 inches - the rest are smaller.

Condition

Overall good condition: Antisculptures clean contents, sound binding, laminate starting to peel at the corner, light edgewear / the prospectuses with yellowed covers, some of the glue staring to weaken, but both books are sturdy and complete / Mark and Lefebre catalogs with light soiling, handling and cornerwear to the wraps.
