Maitland-Smith Chinese Chippendale style drafting table, 20th century. Gilt tooled leather inset adjustable top surface with a brass paper stop. Brass candle slides at sides. A hidden drawer pulls out to reveal several compartments. Blind fretwork carved frieze. All resting on square legs with blind fretwork carving. Maitland-Smith label at underside. 33.5 x 38 x 24 inches. Provenance: Estate of Charles G. Pauli, Pittsburgh, PA.
Condition
