Intricate foliate scrolls throughout. Theatrical mask surmounting the rectangular mirror, as well as along the skirt of the console table. Black marble table top. Oscar Bach New York, NY stamps on both. Mirror is 38 x 22 inches; console 36 x 29 x 11.5 inches. Provenance: Personal collection of Edward J. Grzybowski, co-owner of Tri-State Antiques in Canonsburg, PA. Ed was well known and respected in the field for his vast knowledge of antiques and decorative arts, particularly 20th century design.
