Sowden, George, for Memphis Milano, Pair of Liverpool Chairs, 1986, polished wood, 35 x 17.75 x 20 inches, no maker's marks. Provenance: purchased at Urban Architecture, Inc. Sowden was the only British member of the Memphis group.
