Honegger-Lavater, Warja (Swiss, 1913-2007), Dritte, 1955, etching and aquatint on heavy wove paper, signed, dated, titled and numbered 3/3 in pencil to lower margin, impression 12 x 11 inches, framed 12.5 x 11.5 inches. Printed at Atelier Bichsel and Sohn, Zurich, with their ink stamp to the verso. A rare print by Lavater, who is best known for her inventive wordless fairy tale books that she started publishing in the 1960s. She was married to the Swiss artist and graphic designer Gottfried Honegger.

Condition
