Hirschfield, Solomon (19th/Early 20th Century Portrait School), Pair of Portraits: Husband and Wife, c. 1918, oil on artist’s board, 7.5 x 6.5 inches, each signed along the left edge, framed in period gilded and scrolling wood frames measuring 12.5 x 10.5 inches. Provenance: from the estate of Leon and Jane Arkus. Leon was the Director of the Carnegie Museum of Art, Pittsburgh, from 1969 to 1980.

Condition
