Harris, (Charles) Teenie (American/Pittsburgh, 1908-1998), Group of Children Posed under Shower from Fire Hydrant, taken 1947, printed c.1980s, matte photograph, signed and numbered 1/200 in black ink lower right, sheet size 20 x 23.75 inches. A rare, large print of this famous photograph of children playing in Pittsburgh's Hill District neighborhood. From the unfinished edition of 200.
In generally good condition, emulsion staining along the left edge, all edges with light signs of handling and use, lower right corner of the image slightly discolored; currently in a window mat, the sheet hinged in two places at the top edge of the verso to a backing board.
