Eisenstaedt, Alfred, text by Ernest Hemingway, The Old Man and the Sea, 1990, number 362 of 600 signed by Eisenstaedt on the colophon, with 5 original photogravures, published by the Limited Editions Club, hardcover, oblong 4to., leather-backed boards housed in a fabric covered and lined slipcase. Monthly letter is laid in. Provenance: deaccessioned from a regional institution; will include a letter of deaccession from the institution.
Library bookplate, with Withdrawn stamp, affixed to the front pastedown, also two other small library stamps to the rear pastedown, otherwise Fine with minor shelfwear to the boards, in a very good slipcase with minor scratching and discoloration.
