Poul Jensen style Thorald Madsen's Snedkeri woven cane and wood side table, Danish, Copenhagen, mid 20th century. Raised edge top surface over a two-way sliding drawer with attractive exposed dovetail joints, cutout pull, and sliding interior storage compartment tray. Cane shelf below. Turned legs with contrasting wood stain end caps. Beautiful wood grain. Thorald Madsen Snedkeri Kobenhavn metal plaque at drawer interior. 24 x 27.5 x 19.75 inches.
In overall good vintage condition, apart from some accretions, some slight mildew on the drawer sides, minor cane breakage to shelf, slight abrasions.
