Wellington, with his armorial bookplate affixed to the front blank; deaccessioned from a regional institution; will include a letter of deaccession from the institution.

Library bookplate, with Withdrawn stamp, tipped-in to the front blank, and a small library stamp to the bottom edge of the rear blank, otherwise a nearly Fine copy showing only the slightest signs of age to the binding; clean and unmarked text.
