Brown, William Theophilus (American/Bay Area, 1919-2012), Two Men in Conversation Among the Plants, mid 20th century, gouache on paper, signed lower right in ink and additional inscribed For D.R., sheet size 7.75 x 10.5 inches, floated in a white frame 19.5 x 23 inches. Provenance: Bonhams, May, 2016. Brown was a queer artist and member of the Bay Area Figurative Movement.
