Hiebel made illustration art primarily for art calendars produced by the Gerlach Barklow Co. in Joliet, Illinois. Provenance: Personal collection of Edward J. Grzybowski, co-owner of Tri-State Antiques in Canonsburg, PA. Ed was well known and respected in the field for his vast knowledge of antiques and decorative arts, particularly 20th century design. In fair condition, with a general layer of surface grime, areas of scuffing and accretions, and stress marks along the perimeter from the stretcher bars.
