Set of 12 Martin, Hall & Co (Richard Martin & Ebenezer Hall) Victorian sterling silver and mother of pearl flatware, English, Sheffield, 1873. Comprised of 6 knives and 6 forks with mother of pearl handles, sterling silver tines, blades, and beaded spacers. In original wooden box with monogrammed silver and brass shield at the center of the lid, royal purple velvet interior with 1 tray. Knives 8.75 inches, forks 7.5 inches, box 2.5 x 12.5 x 10.5 inches. Provenance: The Estate of Paul G. Benedum, Jr.
