Kuhler, Otto (German/American, 1894-1976), The Westinghouse Bridge, c.1932-1934, etching on paper, signed lower right, impression size 6.75 x 9 inches, sheet 11 x 13.5 inches, matted and framed 15.5 x 16 inches. From a small edition of unknown size, this print is as dynamic and rare as Ernest Wilson Boyer's image of the same bridge done from the opposite angle. Provenance: The personal collection of Gary S. Grimes, Pittsburgh. Gary was an expert on Western Pennsylvania art, and especially the Scalp Level painters.
In good condition, light age toning overall, heavy mat burn, edges of the sheet have been taped down to the backing board.
