Gignoux, Regis (French/American, Hudson River School, 1816-1882), Lot of 4 pieces: 3 pencil drawings and 1 watercolor, the drawing of the French cottage dated 1838, two years before Gignoux left for America, the other 2 drawings are both also likely pre-1840, one titled Vienna, the watercolor is from later in his career, likely the 1870's after he returned to his native France. Largest piece (Vienna) 10.75 x 12.5 inches, smallest (watercolor) 7.25 x 9.5 inches, all unsigned and unframed.
