Scarpa, Afra and Tobia, for Maxalto / B&B Italia, Set of Artona High Chests, 1983, rosewood veneer and black leather, each piece 55.5 x 17.75 x 17.75 inches, apparently unmarked, each with 4 casters. Classic Italian modern design. Includes original sales receipt from Franklin Interiors, Pittsburgh.
In good, vintage condition; clean and sturdy; light wear at the bottom edge and feet; leather with mild discoloration in places; 2 of the brackets that were originally attached to couple the chests have broken off, but are present.
