Published by the Works Progress Administration. A very rare print, showing the cramped conditions of mine workers. Other impressions are in the permanent collections of the Metropolitan Museum of Art, and the Art Institute of Chicago. This is apparently the first time that any impression of this print has gone to auction. In seemingly good condition, unexamined outside of the frame.
